補充分享語文競賽評審心得

因緣際會下來幫忙評中學演講比賽

加上自身教學經驗

並且看了學生的表現

發現台灣學生很容易講出單字

但是沒有辦法串好所有單字

所以學單字真的建議要搭配用法或句子一起知道在上下文裡面怎麼運用這個單字的

最後三個評審精細討論後

得獎的人很驚喜地全部落在公立學校

而非私立當前的狀態

是不是離我理想的教育平等更近一步了？

大家不用擠破頭報名私立了呢

By chance, I was invited to help judge a speech contest for middle school students. Drawing on my own teaching experience and observing the students' performances, I noticed that many Taiwanese students are quite good at recalling vocabulary words individually, but often struggle to connect them into coherent sentences.



This highlighted an important point: when learning vocabulary, it's really important to learn words along with their usage—how they function within full sentences and contexts—rather than just memorizing them in isolation.



After a detailed discussion among the three judges, we were surprised (in a good way) to find that all the winners came from public schools, rather than private ones.



Could this mean we're one step closer to the ideal of educational equality?

Maybe there's no need to fight so hard to get into private schools anymore.

最近教學開始有更多的心得，
除了是圖中學員所說，
我真的準備很多也很認真之外，
現在又多了一個叫做鬆弛感的東西，
以前太過於求好心切，
總是做得太用力，
現在知道很多教學的moments，
是跟學生相處且建立溝通的橋樑，
教語言是一個媒介，
讓我遇到不同的人，
有些學生可能家庭背景造就不想學英文的性格，
但是他其實很幽默很聰明，
在課堂總是很會耍寶。
