在國外說長不長 說短不短的這還沒到一年的時間

足以讓人生發生巨大變化

我其實都過了一個禮拜了

到現在都還覺得有點一種每天都在做夢的一種現實脫離感

那種心在台灣

身體還在英國的感覺

一踏進台灣那刻

我就感受到一股（我自己本身）

你要好好守規矩

不要亂來

乖乖戴口罩的那種感覺

當然是已經解除了啦

但就還是會比較注意自己的舉動

但在英國就是放比較開

那種自由的氣氛

就是瀰漫在空氣中

其實連講一個語言都能感覺得出來

我講中文就是拘謹 內斂

講英文就會變得比較活潑 外放

並不是台灣不好的意思

我回來一個禮拜也是不想回去英國

畢竟就自己的家

只是喜歡英國的自由氣氛

和國際化的氛圍

你可以受到很多思想激盪

因為你的朋友來自四面八方

比方說格拉斯哥的會教你

感情不是倒著走

好像結婚為前提在交往

但亞洲人就真的會很容易一開始就全部放下去

讓人壓力很大

印度人會教我怎麼料理

他們真的有夠會煮菜和用香料

然後很體貼又有禮貌

而且非常會求生存！

印尼人會分享他的價值觀

告訴我他們的宗教

不是我們眼中想的伊斯蘭

伊斯蘭是他們的一種人生態度

而且印尼人真的小道消息有夠多

我什麼資訊都從他們那邊聽來的

因為他們 跟學校拿到好多資源

我以為應該是中國人比較會耶

但是中國人反倒是比起來可能比較優渥一點

所以不太會計較

印尼人真的自己開群在找一堆好康

我真的一進台灣

那種心情真的好難用言語形容

但是回來之後又會開始

慢慢地去反思國外學到的思想

比較出一種中庸之道

It's not been a long time studying abroad, not even a year.

But it's enough to have a huge impact in life

I still feel a bit detached from the real world. Jetleg is still hitting. Like I am dreaming every day.

Feel that my heart is in Taiwan

But my body is still in the UK

The moment I stepped into Taiwan

I felt that (Only my feeling)

I have to follow the rules

Don't mess around

You should wear a mask

Of course, the covid restrictions have been lifted.

But I'm still more aware of my behaviors than in the UK.

I feel I could be more open in the UK.

Freedom was in the air.

In fact, you can feel it even when you speak a language.

I'm a bit more reserved, conservative and cautious when I speak Chinese.

When I speak English, I become more lively, outgoing, and goofy.

It's not that Taiwan is bad.

I have been back for a week and I don't want to go back to the UK.

After all, it's my home

I just like the sense of freedom and cosmopolitan cities in the UK.

You also get to learn many different ideas.

Because your friends are from all over the world

The one Glasgow, for example, have taught me

Relationships don't go from back to front.

Not like marriage as a prerequisite for a relationship

But for Asians, it's really easy to treat things like that.

It can be stressful.

The Indians showed me how to cook.

They were really good at cooking and using spices.

They were very considerate and polite 

and

The Indonesian would share his values

Tell me about their religion

It's not what we think of as it is.

Islam is an attitude of life for them

And Indonesians really have a lot of  information

I got all my information from them

Because they get a lot of resources with the school

I thought the Chinese would be better at it.

It's really hard to describe the feeling when I entered Taiwan.

But after I came back, I would start to slowly reflect on the ideas I have learned abroad

and make comparisons to find the middle way.
