DeKeyser (1993) 的研究表明，糾錯會對學習者產生複雜的影響，這取決於他們的水平。

一些有外在動機的學生似乎不需要糾錯，而那些沒有外在動機的學生卻能從糾錯中受益。

有趣的是，一種錯誤處理方法可能對個人產生不同的影響。

這甚至可能涉及到文化方面。

在臺灣，成人學習者有時喜歡接受糾錯，並將其視爲對所付學費的獎勵。

Do you correct the mistake?

The study done by DeKeyser (1993) shows that error correction can have complex influences on learners, depending on their levels.

Some students with extrinsic motivation don't seem to need error correction, whereas those with no such thing can benefit from it.

It is interesting to see that one error treatment could have a different effect on an individual.

It can even involve a cultural aspect.

In Taiwan, adult learners sometimes like to be corrected and see it as a bonus for what they have paid for tuition.
