你也忘記其實我這邊有在定期出文章

不過我還是要稍微講一下

這兩個月內發生幾件重大事件

導致寫作有點延宕

最主要治喪

跟其衍生的事務如整理家務跟重整環境

然後腳因為運動發生脛後肌腱炎

然後坐著還會有麻感

醫生說本來就有腰椎退化的現象?!

所以幾乎都是躺在床上比較多

很難打字的緣故

歸國後真的是被迫長大

處理很多大大小小的事情

有時有點意志消沈

但告訴自己

一切都需要時間修復

包含自己的腳傷

以及父親往生的後續效應

但是對於寫文章的熱忱跟教育服務的熱忱還是在的!

寫了那麼多近況更新

就是想告訴大家

我還是堅持著自己的熱忱

即使人生一直丟變化球給我

對於想服務社會大眾

想帶給大家好的東西這份心意沒有改變

最近在研究打字跟歌曲學習

也有聽播客在談論關於記憶曲線

身為老師就是自己作為實驗品來測試記憶

這篇記憶播客談到了

能夠維持記憶的秘訣有幾大要素

1. 大塊:把想記的東西跟另一個東西合再一起記,比如故事記憶,想記得鑰匙在哪?就把鑰匙想成故事的主角,然後他住在某個角落裡,圖像化記憶。

2. 口訣:像是我最近學了腳傷的療傷口訣PRICE: Press - Rest - Ice - Compression - Elevation 這也是好方法

3. 情境音樂:你在學某個東西配上某個歌手的音樂最有感覺的話,那你就要多放他的歌,例如喜歡Dua Lipa 那你就學某科目時放他的歌,你會下次聽到這首歌想起你學那個科目相關之是的記憶喔!

Things flash on the Internet.

You've probably forgotten that I've actually been publishing articles on a regular basis.

But I'd like to talk a little bit about it.

In the past two months, a few major events have happened.

It's caused a bit of a delay in writing.

Most notably the funeral.

And other things like housecleaning and stuff.

Then I got tibialis posterior tendonitis in my foot due to exercise.

And I feel numb when I sit for long.

The doctor said that I have spondylosis!

That's why I've been lying in bed.

I've been forced to grow up since I came back from the UK.

I had to deal with a lot of things

Sometimes I'm a bit depressed.

But I told myself

"Everything needs time, including my foot injury and the aftermath of my father's death.

But the passion for writing and education is still there!

I just want to tell that

I'm still holding on to my passion

Even though life keeps throwing me curveballs

I want to pay back to society and bring good things to everyone.

Recently, I've been researching typing and songs for learning.

I've been listening to podcasts about memory curves.

As a teacher, I have to test my memory as an experiment.

This memory podcast talks about

There's a few things that make a memory work.

1. chunking: combining something you want to remember with another thing, such as story memory, to remember where the key is. If you want to remember where the key is, think of the key as the main character of the story, and then think of him living in a corner.

2. Tips: For example, I've recently learned the foot injury mnemonic PRICE: Press - Rest - Ice - Compression - Elevation, which is also a good method!

3. Music: If you are learning something with a certain artist's music, then you should play his songs more often. For example, if you like Dua Lipa, then you should play his songs when you are learning a certain subject, and the next time you hear this song, you will remember the memories related to that subject you are learning!
