所以我安裝了這個排行榜上的APP
真的可以幫助自己比較專注
而且我現在越存越多專注金幣
在APP裡種樹
組織真的會捐錢給種樹組織去種樹!
現在我運動的時候真的可以專心的聽Podcasts
然後也可以比較能在工作上專注
甚至靜心時也可用這個APP放出音效幫自己緩和緊張的情緒
