今天跟朋友去吃低碳蔬食飲食輕食餐廳

來看看低GI在英國健保署的解釋吧(真是不浪費英文老師的任何一滴機會教育的機會)

用英文敘述GI讓我想到

中午我參加的新加坡教會所主辦的網路語言會議

我跟他們敘述了我最近看的媽的多重宇宙(Everywhere, Everything All At Once)

我發現蠻難用英文敘述情節的耶

看新加坡人母語是英文 雖然有口音

不過表達文意上真的是覺得無懈可擊

下次我要用英文跟他們分享我吃的低GI餐廳 😆😆😆

看他們有沒有在追求低GI

 

What are Low GI Foods?

Me and my friend went to this Low-GI cafe and had a Konjac pasta and a low-GI pizza. 

Healthy, isn't it?
